These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the online store operated by Hbeseals and the purchase of products from our website https://www.hbeseals.com. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours, textures and proportions may appear slightly differently depending on your screen and device. Images are provided for illustration and may not be a perfect representation of the final product.
The information on our website is provided in good faith, and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time.
Placing an Order and Formation of Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or where we reasonably believe the order should not be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Prices and Taxes
All prices shown on our website are in euros (EUR). Prices for deliveries within Spain include the applicable Value Added Tax (IVA) at the current rate, which is shown separately at checkout.
For orders delivered to other EU countries, the applicable domestic VAT of the destination country may apply at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, prices are exclusive of import duties and taxes, which may be charged on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment
Payment for orders is due at the time of checkout. We accept the payment methods listed in our Payment Terms. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Delivery times, costs and carriers are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession.
Returns and Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The conditions and process are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs and software, is owned by or licensed to Hbeseals and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including the right to receive products that conform to the contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hbeseals shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or your purchase of products, except where such losses are caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
Indemnity
You agree not to misuse our website and not to attempt to interfere with its operation. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to keep your account or contact details secure.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence in Spain, or to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable in your country if you reside elsewhere in the EU.
Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers residing in the EU may submit disputes arising from online contracts to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We will do our best to resolve any concerns you raise directly through our customer support team first.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, practices or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. Changes will not affect orders already placed, unless required by law.
