Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Hbeseals. This policy explains your rights to return the items you have purchased from our online store and how refunds are processed. It follows the rules set out in EU consumer protection law and Spanish consumer legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

Withdrawal Right (14 Days)

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you nominated) receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason to exercise this right.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order, or the last item of a single order delivered separately, comes into your physical possession.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us before the withdrawal period ends by emailing hello@hbeseals.com and include the following details:

· your order number;

· the item(s) you wish to return;

· the reason for the return (optional).

We will confirm that your return has been accepted and give you the correct return address.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must reach us in their original condition. Please make sure that:

· items are unworn, unwashed and free of marks, odours or damage;

· all original tags and labels are still attached;

· items are returned in their original packaging, where reasonably possible.

Items returned in a used or damaged condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value or may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item for a reason that is not our fault (for example, you changed your mind), you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked, insured service so that the parcel can be followed.

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. Please contact us first so we can arrange this.

Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. We will process your refund within 14 days from the earlier of the two following moments:

· the day we receive the returned goods back; or

· the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the money to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or other reasons, including:

· items that have been worn or washed;

· underwear, swimwear and socks once the hygiene seal or original packaging has been opened or removed;

· gift cards or store credit vouchers;

· custom-made, personalised or made-to-order items, unless they are defective.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong item, please contact us at hello@hbeseals.com as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the problem so we can review it quickly.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid, at no extra charge to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. This helps us get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Returns

If you have sent your return back to us and it has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us. We may ask you for the tracking number or proof of postage so we can locate the parcel.

Consumer Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under EU and Spanish consumer protection law, which prevail over any provision in this policy.
