Payment Terms

These Payment Terms describe how payments are processed for orders placed on our website https://www.hbeseals.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Terms of Service.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

· major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and, where available, American Express);

· PayPal;

· Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported by your device.

The full list of available methods is shown at checkout and may vary by country and currency.

Currency

All prices and payments are processed in euros (EUR). If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and any conversion fees. We are not responsible for these charges.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. Card details are transmitted over encrypted channels and are handled solely by the payment provider to complete the transaction. Hbeseals does not see, store or have access to your full card number.

When Payment Is Taken

The amount of your order is authorised at checkout. Your payment is captured when your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch. In some cases the payment provider may place a temporary hold on the amount until the order ships.

Prices and Taxes

All prices shown include the applicable Value Added Tax (IVA) for Spain at the current rate, which is displayed separately at checkout. For orders delivered to other EU countries, the applicable destination VAT may be applied. For orders outside the EU, prices are exclusive of import duties and taxes payable by the recipient.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or cannot be authorised, your order will not be confirmed. You will be notified so that you can try an alternative payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not successfully received.

Fraud Prevention and Verification

To protect our customers and our store, we may carry out fraud checks and verify certain orders before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, and to request additional verification where necessary.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, normally within 14 days of the refund being processed, in line with our Return and Refund Policy. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first at hello@hbeseals.com so we can resolve the matter directly. We may share transaction evidence with the relevant payment provider or financial institution to process a dispute.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and appropriate security measures to protect your payment information during transmission. Always ensure you enter your payment details only on our official website and never share your card details or passwords with anyone.
